Global Strategic Management Plans
After studying Module 1: Lecture Materials & Resources, discuss the following:
Choose a company with a strong global strategic management plan. According to Frynas and Mellahi (2015), strategic management is the process of strategic decision-making that sets the long-term direction for an organization to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. List the three major reasons that justify the company that you chose with a strong strategic global management plan.

· The paper is to be clear and concise, and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.
· The paper should be formatted per current APA and 300 words in length, excluding the title and references page. Incorporate a minimum of 3 current (published within last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources within your work.

· Using sources such as Wikipedia, Investopedia, and such- are not acceptable.
· All written assignments should be double space, APA 7 style, using font 12, Times New Roman.
PART 2: Module 1- ASSIGNMENT
Analysis of a Company’s Strategic Global Management Plan
Select a multinational firm (you can use IKEA as in Chapter 1) and create a 10-slide (excluding cover and reference slides) PowerPoint presentation on the philosophy of the company and global strategies that are currently used, along with your recommendations for changes in their global marketing strategies.
· You should have a reference slide with at least three (3) references.
· The slides should be a mixture of visuals and text for the viewer and should not be in complete sentences.
· The slides need to contain enough detail to explain this company’s strategies.
· No single picture or quotation slides.
Submission Instructions:

· The presentation should have citations formatted per the current APA. Include a title slide, 10- body slides, and a reference slide. Incorporate a minimum of 3 current (published within the last five years) scholarly journal articles within your work.
