Overview: As we conclude this course, you have developed a broad range of leadership and management skills in the health industry. Your final task is to prepare a concise, scholarly PowerPoint presentation with a voiceover narrative and slide notes of the narration, aimed at a group of nurse leaders preparing for an organizational merger or acquisition. The goal is to discuss effective strategies and potential challenges to guide these leaders on a successful journey.
Presentation Requirements:

- Length: Create a presentation with 4-6 slides [title and reference slide does not count].
- Content Balance:
