7167EXQ Assignment Task
- Essay on the relevance of organisational behaviour on environmental management in an organisation
- You may approach this essay in one of two ways depending on your experience and knowledge.

b) Critically discuss how the use of environmental management systems or other tools and techniques in effecting environmental change may need to be adapted depending on different culture, customs and business practices.
In option a) you can reflect on your own experiences of situations involving different cultures, customs and business practices. You may consider different scales or geographical locations within an organisation. You must support your discussion with specific cases or situations and link them to theoretical or wider experiences.
In option b) you can use specific examples drawn from the literature to support your discussion. You must draw heavily on research literature or reports on the subject. You may choose to focus on either culture, custom and/or business practices.
