In this assignment, you will create a graphic/flowchart outlining the steps for ensuring students are receiving the help they need.
Step 1. Review
Review your current school or district Response to Intervention (RtI) plans for identifying and designing interventions for readers and writers who struggle. Gather data, including input from other educators to determine the effectiveness of the existing plans.
Step 2. Redesign
Redesign the current plan to improve the process or to create the process, if needed.
Step 3. Create
Using the new plan’s information, create a flowchart outlining the steps for helping students who struggle.
Step 4. Reflect
Write a summary reflection about any changes made to the original plan and how you will share this information with others.
