Outline: Global Literacy Research and Reflection Assignment Step

What connection is there between the question that you’re pursuing and being an enlightened citizen? A globally astute leader? An engaged solution creator?
Reflection:
Is the paper focused on a topic from chapter 13 or earlier? Do you feel that you have enough material to write a 3-4 page paper?
