Instructions

Create two flowcharts:

Identify the academic program or initiative that you have chosen.
Design a flowchart that outlines the major steps and processes required to implement this program successfully at your school.
Include key stakeholders, resources, timelines, and any other relevant information in your flowchart.
Flowchart 2 – Non-Academic Outcome:
Select a non-academic program or initiative at your school.
Design a flowchart that illustrates the steps and processes involved in implementing this initiative effectively.
Consider factors such as student attendance, student behavior, crisis management, etc. in your flowchart.

Write a brief reflection (200–300 words) on the challenges and considerations you encountered while designing the flowcharts. Discuss how the flowchart helped you understand the complexities of implementing a program or initiative at your school.
