She needs your help as the Director of HR to create a corporate social responsibility (CSR) plan. The final plan should demonstrate that you have researched and analyzed CSR in your industry and its impact on people, profit, and planet. Include the following in your plan for Joan: Describe why a CSR program is important for the organization to implement. Discuss the impact that CSR will have on the community.
