For the following 4 sections (each approx. 300 words), please choose a leadership case study, or more than one, from either your classes, text book or another reliable source, or a personal leadership experience to illustrate your answers.
3.1 Explain how a leader might set and communicate a vision. What is the impact of different leadership styles on this? How might you do this, referencing your own personal leadership style, as covered in section 1.2 of this assignment?
3.2 What is the impact of different leadership styles on tasks andrelationships on leadership? Please provide at least one  example.
3.3 How might a leader create a constructive climate for effective leadership? Please address how you might embrace diversity and inclusion, with examples.
3.4 There can be many obstacles to effective leadership, such as ethical challenges and conflicting views. Please give an example of when this has been done well and also when it was not done so well. What lessons can you draw from these experiences?
