Unit Aims
This unit is about evaluating individual, team and departmental development derived from coaching and mentoring, and the impact of coaching and mentoring behaviour on strategic performance objectives within an organisation . The learners will also gain knowledge on how to establish a coaching or mentoring contract that meets individual and stakeholder requirements.
