Then, create a presentation (12-15 slides) that considers the current health care trends (economic, social, and technological) in the selected outpatient settings. Outline the following with detailed speaker notes for each slide that explain:
1. Two members of the interdisciplinary team that would likely be used in each setting and their contribution to the team.
2. Current and predicted level of growth for each setting.
3. Current trends taking place in each setting.
4. Type of patient outcomes at each setting.
5. Role of patient-centered medical homes and how their growth is affecting other outpatient services.
