Write a 2-3 page (600 to 900 words) double-spaced analysis of the results obtained from the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis template in the Excel model. Your analysis should include, but is not limited to, the following elements:
1. Unlevered Free Cash Flow: Discuss the unlevered free cash flow results and their total net present value (NPV).
2. Terminal Value Estimations: Provide terminal value estimations using both the EBITDA method and the Perpetuity method. Compare and contrast the results of each method.
3. Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC): Describe the estimations of the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) used in your DCF analysis.
4. Discounted Cash Flow Valuation Results: Present the total valuation results from the DCF analysis using the EBITDA and Perpetuity methods. Include the following:
