He has asked you to identify a health policy topic and recommendation that will help cement his health care legacy in Arizona since he is relatively newly elected. Your policy analysis should be structured as a memo and must follow the format discussed in class. You must consider three options to address the health care

Only one of the options you choose can be from the Executive branch (so two must be able to move through the
