2. Key Learnings and Concepts (approximately 2 -3 paragraphs in length)

· Main ideas from the texts: Summarize the key concepts you learned from reading the required chapters.

3. Examples – Provide examples of how the concepts align with or challenge your understanding of the importance of human resources to an organization. Use real-life situations and examples from your own experiences.

4. Conclusion – Summarize how an understanding of HR is essential to your and an organization’s ongoing development.

5. Final Thought – Offer a reflection or insight from a concept that you will use in your personal or future ambitions because of what you have learned currently from your reading/reflections.

6. Part 2 CRITICAL: How would you design a strategic training program that enhance organizational and employee performance. List steps and briefly explain the steps.

7. Explain how metrics can be utilized successfully to develop human capital and maximize employee productivity and performance.

Guidelines:
