Current statistics related to the incidence of the safety issue you selected Risk management duties that apply to the selected safety issue (i.e., root cause analysis [RCA], failure-mode effects analysis [FMEA], etc.) Explain mitigation strategies and how a culture of safety helps to prevent the selected safety issue Effective communication strategies used in both preventing the occurrence of the safety issue you selected and post-incident Financial implications related to the selected safety issue (be sure to include direct and indirect costs) Equity and diversity considerations Ethical principles and best practices related to the issue you selected, including a relevant case that contributed to present-day ethics Leadership style, skills, and competencies necessary to impact the issue you selected and promote a culture of safety Your research paper should be at least five pages in length not including the title or reference pages; utilize at least five outside sources, and at least three sources should be peer-reviewed.
